Yaiza de Lamo, Mar Nantas, Juno Álvarez and Mariona Vázquez are four filmmakers from Barcelona and Oviedo. They come from diverse cultural backgrounds, such as photography, art history, journalism and audiovisual production. They met while attending the Master's Degree in Theory and Practice of Creative Documentary, coordinated by Jorge Tur, at the University of Barcelona. This is how their first collaboration, DIYSEX (2019), about the logics and politics of desire.

Yaiza de Lamo graduated in Photography and Digital Creation at the Polytechnic University of Barcelona and Photography Direction at the School of Cinede Barcelona. She works with the independent production company Grulla Estudio.

Mar Nantas has a degree in Art History from the University of Barcelona and a master's degree in Film and Television Fiction from Blanquerna, Ramón Llull University. She has been awarded a grant by the NETFLIX_JAQUE Scholarship (2024) and collaborates with ESCAC Screenwriting Department as a teacher and member of the team in charge of reinforcing screenwriting training within the school. In 2021 she premiered her first feature film as screenwriter and co-director along with Juno Álvarez and Yaiza de Lamo titled La Revolución de las Musas.

Mariona Vázquez has a degree in Audiovisual Communication and a master's degree in Production Direction from the Escuela Superior de Cine y Audiovisuales de Cataluña.

Juno Álvarez trained as a journalist in Santiago de Compostela and is the co-founder of Intensidades Films, a creative image laboratory that he started together with Mar Nantas and Yaiza de Lamo and in which he has edited, directed and soundtracked several erotic short films.
