The project was carried out in May and June 1978 at the Centro Cívico del Polígon Canyelles, Ateneu Popular de Nou Barris, Ateneu de la Sedeta and Ateneu Libertari de Sants. The project was published in December 1978. It contains the different recordings that have been preserved of the intervention of Vídeo-Nou in the process of vindication, organisation and transformation of the social centres in some neighbourhoods of Barcelona. Some of them functioned as self-managed Athenaeums, but at that time the Barcelona City Council supported the model of the supervised Civic Centre.
