Prince Felipe of Spain marries a woman called Leticia. The day of the wedding, Madrid is taken over by overwhelming security measures: earth, air and sea, if there was one, are under surveillance. In spite of this impressive surveillance apparatus, this video shows how a group of guerrilla-fighters, that we could call “communicative” fighters, manage to let out in the open air a total of 500 balloons which, in addition to being of the three colours of the Spanish Republican flag, look very much like an erect penis, more precisely a cock, as described in the title of the piece. These 500 cocks fly freely on a sky that is being increasingly populated by planes, helicopters and cameras, all incapable of preventing this action. The Republican cocks advance democratically until they land in the arms of tender children and delighted tourists, ordinary people who have nothing to do with that other set of people who have been invited to the wedding.
