Sprengung starts from the film documentation of the blowing up of the fascist monuments of the Nuremberg Zeppelinfield at the end of World War II. These images were used as propaganda with great symbolic potential during the postwar years. In a hypothetical scenario, this same process is transferred to Franco's heritage, linking the Spanish case with other historical memory policies in Europe.
