Violencia en los medios de comunicación [Violence in the media] is a piece that, through a montage based on the reality of street sex workers and the mockery they experience, exposes the violence with which the media create the narrative of sex workers, feeding sordid, classist and sexist stigmas in order to silence the voices of sex workers demanding rights and spaces to speak out.

This video explores the stereotypes created by the media based on prejudices towards sex workers, which society reproduces on a daily basis: neighbours, clients, abolitionists and police, as well as the voices and reflections of sex workers. Filmed in Barcelona's Raval, the piece culminates with the image with which sex workers are identified, far removed from the sordidness, illiteracy, addictions, neglect and agency as political subjects.
