Yago Alcover (Barcelona) is a filmmaker, teacher, researcher and musician. His interests are mainly in the practice and research of avant-garde cinema and documentary film, with a particular interest in cinema based on the archive.

His field of work has focused on materiality and artistic and aesthetic research processes through experimentation with photochemical media. He is a member of the board of directors of the Crater-Lab collective since 2020.
