High Roads is a journey through the practices of four Palestinian women who use their bodies, breath, and minds as tools of daily resistance to the Israeli military occupation.
Filmed between Palestine and Barcelona, the piece features conversations with particle physicist Dr. Wafaa Khater, Olympic swimmer Sabine Hazboun, marathon runner Diala Isid, and yoga instructor Eilda Zaghmout: four women who foster well-being by choosing action in defiance of relentless oppression.
