NSFW

Estampa

NSFW is the acronym for Not Safe For Work, used mainly for the contents of pages or online messages that it is not recommended to open in a public space such as the workplace. Pornographic images are part of the content not suitable for work. A set of machine learning algorithms have been trained on more than 12,000 images of mainstream pornography. In this highly coded corpus of images and depictions, poses and motifs are constantly repeated with different bodies. From this learning, the machine generates its own images, in which it undoes the normative pornographic image and imagines an amalgam of flesh and holes; destroying any representation of individual bodies. If a person is barely able to distinguish pornographic content in the images generated by this network (they are images of abstract tendency without realistic representational content), the anti-pornography filters of social networks such as Twitter do identify the images produced by this network as sensitive content.
